Why does music need small venues?

Certain Audiences can't get to the bigger venues because the money tickets and transpoprt.

start off in the music industry.

some acts aren't big enough to play in the most bigger venues.

In some cases small venues need the music, which can create more income.


Large venues

Advantages:
They can fit more people in the 

There can be more space for the performer to get ready

More money= More time to play = More money

More space for the audience to move about

Disadvantages:
can cost more money

in built up areas making it harder to get audience to get there

Small venues

Advantages:
Usually cost less money

The audience tend to live locally to the venue so it is easier for them to get there

Usually located in less busy areas. 

Usually are in a busy and built up area so it is harder for people to get to

Disadvantages:
Can't fit as many people

May become very crowded

If they do not live locally to the venue, people may struggle to get there

There may not be direct transport to the venue.
health and safety cost a lot the problem is wiers and a lot of instruments over head the stage the back stage people
